Learn Macrame Art in Lincoln – An Introduction to the Craft of Knotting is a fun, creative, and educational way to learn the basics of macrame art. The class is hosted by experienced macrame artist, Lorna Rixon, from Knots and Strings, who will teach participants the basic techniques and introduce them to a wide range of materials and tools used in macrame art. The class will be held on Saturday, May 1st, from 10:00am-12:00pm at Lincoln Arts and Culture Center. The cost for the class is $25 and includes all of the supplies needed to create a macrame wall hanging. Participants will learn the basics of macrame and be able to create a unique and beautiful piece of wall art. No previous experience is necessary.
